Michael Voit Joins Pfluger Architects to Lead Dallas Studio

Pfluger Architects welcomes Michael Voit, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, MBA, as managing director of its Dallas studio. In this role, he will guide the studio’s growth across North Texas and strengthen partnerships with school districts, universities, and municipalities, shaping the region’s future.

Over the past three decades, Voit has worked alongside communities during pivotal moments — enrollment growth, bond planning, and long-range campus decisions. His approach begins with listening. He works with educators, students, and community leaders to define priorities, then translates those goals into environments that support learning and teaching.

“We’re blessed to welcome Mike to Pfluger and to our Dallas studio,” said Terry Hoyle, CEO of Pfluger Architects. “He understands that this work is about people first and brings a clear, thoughtful approach to bringing communities together and guiding decisions that shape their schools.”

Voit’s work has received recognition from the American Institute of Architects, the Council of Educational Facility Planners International, and Texas Construction. His projects have also appeared in Texas Architect and The Dallas Morning News.

“I’m excited to join a firm that values relationships as much as results,” Voit said. “Pfluger’s commitment to meaningful design and long-term partnerships reflects how I believe we should serve our clients.”

Voit is a licensed architect in Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction.
