I grew up in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and always dreamed big. I didn’t want to limit myself to the typical careers in my area, and architecture felt like a way to make a real difference and contribute to a better world.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Architecture from UTSA, and what I enjoy most about my work is tackling the challenges each project brings. Life—much like baseball—is full of challenges, and it’s all about stepping up to the plate and taking a swing. From exploring new design ideas to overcoming constructability limits, every day in this field offers an opportunity to learn and grow.
In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking, martial arts, weight training, going to the movies, reading, and spending time with my family.
