Sophia Condon

I’m Austin-born and raised, the oldest of three girls, and incredibly close with my sisters. Our house was always full of energy—with concerts, fashion shows, and a lot of laughter. I studied Biology and Business at UT, originally planning to become a doctor, but my love for people led me to recruiting.

My grandad was an architect, and as kids, he’d let us play with his vellum and rulers, pretending to design. I didn’t inherit the creative gene, but I’ve always loved connecting with people—and that’s what I get to do every day. Helping others find where they thrive and being part of a purpose-driven team keeps me inspired.

You can usually find me on a walk or run on the trail around Town Lake when I’m not at work. I also love live music and concerts, trying Austin’s many new restaurants, traveling, antique shopping, and scrapbooking. And in the fall, I never miss a Longhorn game.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone starting their career?
Run toward the chaos! Embrace the challenges, try as many things as you can, work hard, and maintain a growth mindset.
