The Lee & Joe Jamail Texas Swim Center is one of the premier swimming facilities in the country. It is considered one of the fastest pools in the world, however, it suffered from poor indoor air quality. The scope of renovations for this unique project primarily involved mechanical work and associated finishes. The air flow of the competition space was completely redesigned and all air handler units were replaced to support clean air flow throughout the facility on a daily purge cycle.
