Lammers to Lead Higher Education

Chris Lammers, AIA has joined Pfluger Architects as Director of their Higher Education Practice.

Lammers is a graduate of Churchill High School and Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design and Master of Architecture degrees. Chris also played football at Texas A&M and he isa proud Aggie letterman. For the previous seven years, Chris has been managing partner at C.J. Lammers & Associates, which specialized in higher education and sports facility design.

Athletic master planning and sports facility design are part of the experience Lammers brings to Pfluger. His higher education project experience includes the design of Texas Lutheran University’s Nursing, Math & Computer Science Building; Alamo Community College District’s Alamo University Center, Nursing and Allied Health Building, and Moody Learning Center. He was also involved in the Tobin Lofts Mixed-Use Development for ACCD, one of the first higher education Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects in the state.

Lammers and his wife, Linda, have two sons and a daughter. Both sons earned collegiate letters, one in soccer at Colorado College and one in basketball at Georgia Tech. Their daughter earned an academic scholarship to Texas A&M University.
